The process: * You will complete a comprehensive sleep questionnaire for an understanding of your individual sleep challenges * You will receive a customized sleep plan * Evaluation of sleep environment * Two 45 minute phone consultation at the beginning and again at the end of two weeks working together * Two weeks of support via text and email
