Official sleep training can start after a child is 16 weeks old. Before this I offer sleep shaping talks for newborn babies to 4 months of age. This gives parents gentle strategies they can implement from day one in a bid to never need to do any sleep training later in the child's life.

Instead, we're empowering them with a valuable new skill, even if it comes with some temporary discomfort.
