Service Description

The process: * You will complete a comprehensive sleep questionnaire for an understanding of your individual sleep challenges * You will receive a customized sleep plan * Evaluation of sleep environment * I will come into your home and support you on the first night of sleep training (additional nights at extra charge) * Two 45 minute phone consultation at the beginning and again at the end of two weeks working together * Two weeks of support via text and email
